Overview:

We’re looking for a Legal & Compliance Adviser to provide guidance on contracts, client agreements, and compliance matters as we expand our digital operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Review and draft contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
2. Advise on intellectual property, data protection, and business compliance.
3. Ensure company practices align with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Support internal teams with legal documentation and due diligence.
5. Provide general advisory support on a per-project basis.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Law or related field; membership in a recognized legal body preferred.
2. Experience with tech contracts or startup advisory is a plus.
3. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
