3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Completed work, delivered code, or approved milestones.
  2. Consultancy sessions or strategy calls already conducted.
  3. Project cancellations initiated by the client after work has begun.
  4. Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations after project delivery, when all agreed requirements were met.

All refund requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
